What Alimentos de Aljarafe s.l is today is nothing but a company founded in 1986 by Antonio Reyes Carmona as a sole shareholder company, with initially 4 employees and a facility of approximately 100 square meters. The company is dedicated to the manufacturing of nuts and dried fruit and their subsequent distribution.
Antonio Reyes made the decision to make nuts and dried fruit after spotting as a distributor for other brands the need to reach the market with freshly-made products, which is the core basis of the company as well as being its know-how, know-how that was developed at this very moment.
At the beginning, production was made with home utensils, until the moment when, with profit achieved, they managed to buy the first industrial fryer, followed by an automatic packaging machine (before this moment, they used to pack the products manually). Later, they also bought an automatic oven.
